We proudly offer free personalization on most items. If the item doesn’t state personalization we are unable to add to that product. Some items allow for custom text while other items might state specific for that item. We have specific fonts for items and few items allow you to choose fonts. If you have questions about a font before purchase please contact and we’ll send example of that font. Please not "All sales final on personalized products". If you receive a damaged personalized product please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we’ll be glad to send out a replacement item with same personalization.
We do not allow returns or exchanges on any wedding accessories. All sales are final. Our items are intended for 1 time use is why the policy is in place. If you received a damaged item, please see our replacement policy below.
We do allow returns on wedding favors only. You will be required to pay shipping cost. Please note that all returns must be received within 30 days from the date the RA is issued. Items returned after RA has expired will not be credited or returned. If you received a damaged item, please see our replacement policy below.
Rush Delivery & Rush Personalization
We do offer 1 day & 2 day shipping for UPS additional rate. Please contact us for the rate. This does NOT include the 2-3 business days for the personalization process. If you want same day personalization it needs to be in before 2pm eastern time. Rush personalization is an additional ($25.00). You will need you to contact us after the order is made and we will manually add on the options. Please check your email often for order updates or problems. Contact us and we’ll be happy to give you quotes and say if it’s realistic for you to receive the product in time.
Sincere Wedding stands behind our products 100%. If something should happen either by shipping or our mistake please contact us within 3 business day of shipment receipt. Please note we do address each case individually and determines how we’ll send out the replacement at no charge. We only replace damaged items exactly as original order stated. Personalized products CAN NOT be replaced unless we made the error or misprinted on the item. "Please double check your order before you finish checkout to ensure you don’t have errors".
On some orders and items that may be damaged you will receive a return envelope, pre stamped and pre-addressed with an ARS (Authorized Return Sticker). Please follow instruction and return only the damage products. Please note, DO NOT include other merchandise.
