Personalization
Sincerity Weddings offers complimentary personalization on specific items. The format for personalization is shown on each item. Our complimentary personalization is only available in the font and format shown. No exceptions. All sales are final on personalized items. Should
you receive a personalized item that is damaged, you must call within 48 hours of receipt of shipment and we will gladly replace the same item with the same personalization.
Returns
We do allow returns on non personalized item or exchanges on merchandise.
You will be required to pay shipping cost. If you received a damaged item,
please see our replacement policy below.
Replacements
Sincerity Weddings strives to stand behind their merchandise 100%. Should
you receive a damaged or broken item, please email our Customer Service
Department within 3 business days of receipt of shipment. We will address each
case individually and determine how we will send out a replacement at no charge.
We only replace damaged items with the exact same product style number from the
original order. Personalized products can not be replaced unless the item has
been misprinted with an error from our side. Please always double check all your
orders to ensure that the personalization is entered correctly before sending.
We are not responsible for errors entered by the customer.
When you place your replacement shipment claim, you will receive a pre-stamped, pre-addressed envelope, ARS (Authorized Return Sticker). Following the instructions provided, return the damaged merchandise to us. Do not include anything else in your return shipment.
